Cirtec Medical Acquires NovelCath
Cirtec Medical announced that it has acquired NovelCath, a vertically integrated manufacturer of highly engineered catheter delivery systems. The NovelCath facility located adjacent to Cirtec’s Minneapolis, Minnesota USA headquarters, will become Cirtec’s Center of Excellence for Catheters and Delivery Systems, and will include expanded Nitinol processing, catheter development, assembly, packaging, and volume manufacturing capabilities with a path to Costa Rica production.
